I’m often asked the question, ‘does coaching really work’?
My answer is without doubt it does work, and I can vouch for that from my own experience. It worked for me when I reached a point in my life and career when I knew I needed to move in a different direction, but I didn’t know which way to turn or how to move forward. I was confused and unsure, lacking self-belief.

For me, it started with a conversation and over a number of coaching sessions things became clearer. I found new direction and purpose and a belief in myself that yes, I can do this. The powerful effect of hearing my own voice articulate how I was feeling was immense too. I decided to pursue coaching as a career, and I became a coach to share this experience with others.
